Together, these launches reflected India’s strong market momentum and growing focus on wellness, flexibility, and sustainability—key drivers shaping the country’s fast-expanding office furniture sector.

Speaking of the success of the show, Mr. Milind Dixit, Managing Director, Koelnmesse Pvt Ltd, said, “ORGATEC India marks a milestone in bringing global workplace innovation and design intelligence to India. The country’s USD 2.5 billion corporate
wellness market, projected to reach USD 4 billion by 2033, reflects how companies are integrating mental health, holistic well-being and ergonomics into productivity goals. The overwhelming success of this debut edition reinforces India’s growing
appetite for world-class workspace solutions, and we are confident that the next edition will be even larger, with a stronger exhibitor presence and higher visitor participation. Through ORGATEC India, we aim to continue connecting global expertise with India’s design and manufacturing strengths to create healthier, smarter and more sustainable workplaces of the future.”

A key highlight of the debut edition was the ORGATEC India Conference, which brought together senior leaders from design, real estate, technology, sustainability, and corporate infrastructure to explore the rapidly evolving future of work. The two-day forum featured powerful discussions on topics such as Human-Centric Workplace Strategy, Sustainable & Net-Zero Buildings, The Role of AI and Technology in Modern Offices, and Design Thinking for Productivity & Well-being.

Running in parallel, the Workplace Dialogue offered an interactive platform for architects, designers, HR leaders, workplace strategists, and innovators to exchange ideas on human experience, digital integration, ergonomics, and inclusive
leadership. The Dialogue featured high-impact sessions such as Designing for Digital, Women Who Build the Future, and Innovation & Smart Workplace Design, presented by experts. Their insights reinforced ORGATEC India’s mission to build a
collaborative, future-focused ecosystem that bridges global thought leadership with India’s fast-advancing workplace needs.
